If you don't have any tones to use go here >> [link] that site is great to get starting tones, until you are familiar with it then you can make your own or find more elsewhere ^^
I am using Hokori for this tutorial cause I haven't been giving him any love XD and don't laugh at my feeble attempts at drawing muscles >_< hehe.
